The Ad Operations Specialist reports to the Director of Ad Operations. You’ll manage digital advertising campaigns from front to back. This includes communicating and negotiating with clients (product owners who wish to advertise), communicating and negotiating with publishers (partners who sell us advertising space), troubleshooting technical issues, performing data analysis, optimizing campaign performance to hit quality targets dictated by our clients, and providing weekly updates to the rest of the team about campaigns under your management.
